Maybe self care isn't about more, maybe it's about the right kind. Some of these will feel fun, some might make you roll your eyes. If it feels like a stretch, skip it. Or... lean in and see how you feel✨ What's the best thing that could happen if you stopped escaping your life and started actually enjoying it?


👑 SELF CARE SAMPLE MENU 👑


🌿 Creative Self Care | Play in imagination.

Spray paint furniture. Pick up the ukulele. Sketch caricatures on YouTube. Experiment in a dark room and channel your inner Ansel Adams.

🌷 Emotional Self Care | Feel it to heal it. Journal. Voice notes to yourself. Write a letter and tear it up. Scream-sing in your car. Open the floodgates and let the tears fall. Talk to a trusted friend who gets it.


🌻 Foundational Self Care | Get your needs met.

Sleep. Solitude. Hydrate. Eat real food. Fresh air. Put the phone down and actually rest.


🪻Frivolous Self Care | Fun is fuel.

Take a pole dancing class. Splash in puddles. Sing Salt-N-Peppa at the top of your lungs (you know the words 😉). Cartwheel off the diving board. Read a spicy book that makes you blush!


🌸 Mindset Self Care | Seal the drain in your bucket.

Catch yourself when you're looping "I'm not enough" or "My relationship is doomed." Flip it. Treasure hunt for proof that the opposite is true. Be your own HYPE woman.


🪴 Physical Self Care | Love your body.

Yoga. Pleasure yourself. Biking. Axe-throwing. Kickboxing. Floating in a lazy river.


🪷 Spiritual + Energy Self Care | Feed your soul.

Prayer. Meditation. Reiki. Acupuncture. Breath-work. Whatever plugs you back into your bigger "Why."


🪻 Sensory Self Care | Come alive with your 5 senses.

Massage. A cashmere throw. Dark chocolate with sea salt. Essential oils on your pillow. Crunchy leaves under your feet. A sunset you actually stop to watch.


💐 Social Self Care | It takes a village.

Coffee after pilates. Join the women's mountain bike ride. Finally go to your sister-in-law's book club. Let yourself be seen.


⭐️ Bonus: Self care also means taking stuff off your plate. Order take-out. Use paper plates. Skip the PTO meeting. Rest is productive. Give yourself permission.


For me, the bigger the mountain, the more water I need. Same with self care. The more life stretches you, the more fuel you need. So, have fun with this menu. Order what looks good. Leave the rest. This might just be the most fun "homework" you'll ever have.
